Remote Ping

I have set up a remote device for monitoring ...... I have configured graphs for things like cpu usage, processes, load average,logged in users, memory etc...

I want to have a script / snmp OID to monitor REMOTE ping

there is an ip a.b.c.d on my remote machine only. i want to ping to it via the remote computer and show the results in a graph..

is there a script / snmp OID for that?
