cacti average value incorrect

i have a question about traffic average value.

i set up the cacti environment and it works well, and set the Daily (5 Minute Average) rows 25920, almost 90 days.
at the same time, i use java code to get the original data in rra files and calculate the average value within a certain time.
the question is the average value in cacti and the average value from my program are not matched. actually, the compared result is perfectly matched in nearly 42 hours period, when the period is more bigger, the result is not matched.

can anybody tell me why?

Are there NaN data in that timespan?

no,no data is NaN in the timespan, i have check them especially.
