Version from 0.8.7g upgrade to 0.8.8a

i can't add new device and no error log on log file, ,how can i fix it
[solved] Error: Save Failed.

I have the same problem, when I try to modify any device i got red letters, but there are no red empty fields...
I've found this link, but it affects to another cacti version, and states that the fix is to patch cacti, but there are no patches for 8.8.a.

What plugins are enabled? Issue go away when they're all disabled?

i found error on cacti.log
