THold not sending Returned from Down emails

I recently upgraded THold to 0.4.9

After first upgrading it worked fine, but at some point it stopped sending emails (possibly after a different plugin upgrade) when a host returned from a down state.
It currently sends the email correctly when the host state becomes down.

Anyone have ideas?

I am running
Cacti 0.8.8a
PIA 3.1

Boost 5.1
Discovery 1.5
Realtime 0.5
Thold 0.4.9

I managed to fix this by removing Thold completely.
Uninstalling from the plugin manager then removing the Thold folder.

And installed from scratch.
