Data Gathering Error with spine

My cacti server statistics:
1. OS : RHEL 5.4
2. cacti version: 0.8.7h
3. spine version: 0.8.7h
4. number of hosts(target): 52
5. poller interval: 5min
6. cron interval: 5min

It works ok using cmd.php.
but I changed poller(from cmd.php to spine) due to polling time issue.
and then I faced some problems as below...

1. the spine process is not finished. so number of the spine process is increasing.

2. only the snmpd values of 9 hosts(total 52hosts) are gathered by the spine.
I attached a log file(cacti_log.txt)

3. I think that manual execution(./spine --verbosity=5) using the spine seems to work well.

please let me know how I can fix this problem.
