flowview not compatible with "Autologin guest" pach

I used the patch got from the URL http://bugs.cacti.net/view.php?id=1462.
It work fine for graph and weathermap plugin. but failed with "flowview".
when I click 'flow' tab. it show below error message.

HTTP404 Unable found the web page
for below url
http://10.10.10.1/cacti/plugins/flowview/flowview.php

but after I use admin account login cacti. I can found the flow page from below url
http://10.10.10.1/cacti/plugins/flowview/flowview.php
