Cacti Company

Hello.

I don't know where to place my question, so here it is.

First of all, thanks for your work, its really impressive.

Second.
Many companies and users uses cacti for a long time so far (many YEARS).
Many changes were made.

Have you ever think of making a company that will provide cacti at a higher level?
I mean:
- provide free cacti versions,
- provide consulting, implementing, custom setups for money,
- provide optimized servers cfg examples, hardware templates ...,
- invite people with good cacti administration knowledge to help some customers,
- ...

Maybe it is not appropriate, but I'll mention one example:
zabbix (monitoring solution) had grown to enterprise ready solution and are doing well (many people are involved in testing, implementing, selling and all are happy).

Why cacti could not be that case?

that's a pretty snazzy idea. i think the costs of offering those services could be paid for with the service itself! maybe a 3rd party would have to come forward and do it on cacti's behaf if they don't do it themself.
