graph_xport.php problem

Post by juangose »

I have the following problem when a graph has more than three data sources.

Title: 'Totals - Providers - Out'
Vertical Label:
<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: start in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>101</b><br />
Start Date: 12/31/1969 20:00
<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: end in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>102</b><br />
End Date: 12/31/1969 20:00
<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: step in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>103</b><br />
Step:
<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: rows in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>104</b><br />
Total Rows:
Graph ID: 549
Host ID: 10

<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: columns in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>122</b><br />
Date
<br />
<b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: data in <b>/var/www/html/graph_xport.php</b> on line <b>128</b><br />

Do you know how to fix it?

Thanks

I had the same problem and @muted the PHP errors - though that wasn't the issue.

It just turned out to be incorrect permissions... no new graphs were being generated; no data to satisfy PHP with obsessive error reporting mode on.

Fixed with a chown on the cacti dir. to the local cactiuser.
