problem with map under weathermap

hi
i set tup cacti under centos 5.5.
i have the problem with weathermap to publish the map under cacti in weathermap tag.i follow the turto of http://www.yannobi.com/2010/03/creation ... weathermap butproblem.
i have the map but it cannnot to display in weathermap tag and i have " This map hasn't been created yet."

some body can help me how to create map and display it under cacti or some links which to help me to create map in cacti

1) Did you Add the map in the Manage Weathermaps page?

2) What does it say in the Cacti log file? If it is failing to create maps, there will be WEATHERMAP lines in the log to tell you why.

i add the map in the /var/www/html/cacti/
plugins/weathermap/configs/


and the error in log is:

it solve the problem of map, but i haven't the brandwith or the traffic beteween the devices.

i add the map , you can view. I don't know how to solve the problem of traffic
