[Question] Network Weather Map "you have no maps" ..?

Post by BrianCho »

I installed the plugin weathermap on cacti 0.8.8. then i created several weathermap using the vi editior in terminal.
I have no problem that works with admin account in cacti. I got , however, some error from weathermap plugin
when i logged in guest account as below.

you have no maps.

So , I tried to change the configuration of guest under "User Management" in Cacti. It is nothing to do solve the problem.
How can i solve this problem ?

Please, let me know~

Did you add the maps in the management page?

Edit: sorry I re-read... for guest to see them, you need to give guest the View Weathermaps permission, and then go into the map management page and add them to the list of users for each map that you want them to see (or change them to 'everyone').
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
