95th Percentile Thresholding

Hi All,

I am wondering if someone can help me with something I have been looking into for a while. Basically I monitor a number of switch ports and graph the traffic in and out and also the 95th percentile of both the traffic. I was hoping to use Thold to alert me when the traffic exceeds the current 95th percentile . Is it possible with Thold and has/is anyone doing this at the moment? Any help will be much appreciated.

This is an old thread, but a current problem I'm trying to solve. I need to alarm on customers when their 95th percentile exceeds some threshold. Anyone accomplished this using THOLD?
