It'll be very good if in cacti program add store for string type of information from SNMP and put this information not as graph (but make possible to add this information at graph as comment), but as table. For example: device name, contact information, interface name, MAC address of interface, uptime, reason of device reboot, etc. All of this is string information, but it can't be used in cacti (or you can add as variable, but information not update).
And it will be very good if it will be possible to view what information been at this or at that time...

Yes, I saw it. But still cacti can't work perfectly with string information. For example, you can't look what value of some OID been week or month ago (for example, reason for device reload). And you can only add value at graph as comment. You can't put it as independent value at device graph tree (well, if you add this feature, then "graph tree" will lose it meaning. It'll need to rename to "device tree" ).
