Hi, I'm trying to export some graphs to use on a webpage elsewhere. I've got the export process working, but I can't get the graphs out exactly as I want them. I'm trying to graph the utilisation of a network port on a switch, and I want a 24 hour graph and a month graph. I've made a new template and got the size and color correct, but on the export page they both show a 12 hour view. When I click the graph it opens a page with daily/weekly/etc graphs, but these all seem to be a standard size and not what I requested.
Can someone please point me in the right direction (I've only been messing with Cacti for a few months..) or am I asking for something that can't be done?
Thanks in advance,
Thomas

Re: Graph Export Timebase Problem
Hi, thanks for the reply.
I'm running version 0.8.7i, installed from the Ubuntu repo's. I've attached a screenshot of the graph export settings.
Also, I've attached a screenshot of the graphs that are being exported. As you can see I've created two different templates, one for daily and one for monthly in the hope that I could set the default x axis somewhere in the template. When I click on either of those graphs it takes me to a page with several graphs for different time periods, but the size of the graph seems to have reverted to defaults.
Thanks
Thomas

Re: Graph Export Timebase Problem
Where did you create those two templates in hope to get different exports? Sorry, I'm not really used to this export stuff ...sync32 wrote:As you can see I've created two different templates, one for daily and one for monthly in the hope that I could set the default x axis somewhere in the template.
That's intended behaviour, to find the "usual" graphs. Those are the same as when hitting a single graph, e.g. from tree view. When I click on either of those graphs it takes me to a page with several graphs for different time periods, but the size of the graph seems to have reverted to defaults.
There are NO different settings between a "normal" graph and those created for export.
