Hi,

One thing more on which i have a doubt, may the RRD having some issue like graphs not generating because RRD tool is responsible for making the graphs pixel by pixel.

Can any one help, how to troubleshoot this kind of issue.

troubleshooting tips are in http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11747
windows disk counters are notoriously slow. try increasing the snmp timeout to 3-5 seconds.

Graphs which don't use the host mib - available disk space template working fine? Traffic, CPU, etc.
