Issue thold

Hi Everyone
I recently installed cacti .0.8.7i with PIA 3.1 ,
Settings 0.71-1
thold 0.4.9-3

the issue I got its that thold is not delivering the right value in interface status up =1 down =2

Cisco catalyst 3400
High thold 1.25
Low thold 2
