No more graph after migration

Hi,
I migrated Cacti from a Windows 2003 64bit to a Windows 2008r2 Sp1 (64bit).

Everything seems to be ok, the RRD populate, the sheduler works etc..., but I have no graph update, they are empty.

I used the same version of cacti on the 2 servers.

Operating System: Windows 2008R2
Webserver: Apache2
Cacti: 0.8.7.7
Spine: 0.8.7.g
MySQL:?
PHP: ?
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 build):?
Net-SNMP:?
Cygwin (cygwin1.dll version):?

1) You can successfully view the existing graphs, but no new data is getting updated?
