Graph Problem SQL Error Nr. 1045

Installed Cacti using the Windows installer on a XP machine. Graphs are not showing up and RRD folders are not being created in the directory /cacti/rra/. I looked all over and cannot find an answer.
SQL Log shows this error:

The attempt to retrieve account information for the specified task failed; therefore, the task did not run. Either an error occurred, or no account information existed for the task.
The specific error is:
0x8004130f: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler security database for the task indicated.

Looks like you have several issues occurring.

What version of the installer did you use, cacti 0.8.7i?

1) Mysql error is odd because the installer always specified a password when it configured settings, yet the error message states none was used.
2) scheduler error is more troubling, since it would appear you have larger issues at hand with the OS that the task is corrupted.

Hello.

I've been encountering some error.
And I using cacti 0.8.8.a installer.

Previously I tried to install cacti with that installer and it worked fine, and then I uninstall it and tried to uninstall cacti with xampp and it doesn't work for me since I'm a total beginner in this aspect.

Now, I'm trying to install it again with the 0.8.8.a installer, and there is that error.

So, what can I do to configure it?
What can I do to help you troubleshoot it?

Okay I already know how to solve it.

Just delete your previously mySQL folder at C:/Users/All User/MySQL

I've saved it into a file, and inside it looks like a valid PNG file - but it can't be opened by any program, they all say that file structure is invalid.
