installation cacti for ntop weathermap plugins

sorry for my bad english!

I need help for to install cacti with cacti-plugin-arch.
I installed cacti and all its OK, but when i want to install cacti-plugin-arch my cacti is broken !!
no graph, php broken, no plugins management!

need help or tutorial for my problem

Which version do you use?

For Cacti 0.8.7i with PIA 3.1, please see this for reference:

cacti 0.8.7i run and its ok! but when i delete this version for to install 0.8.7i-PIA-3.1
i have this:

Probably you don't edit $url_path in 'include/config.php' yet.

Sorry I'm not sure about ntop plugin (I've never used it), but basically like this:

7) Place particular plugin files under plugins/ directory and activate it from GUI
