Cacti on Windows 2003

Hi all,

I have installed cacti on a windows 2003 server and added devices in Cacti. After my scheduled task runs I get a graph to display but the values are all -j and there is no real information running on the graph.

rrdtool version 1.0.48
mysql version 4.1.8-win
cacti version 0.8.6c
cactid version 0.8.6c
net-snmp version 5.2-1.win32
php version 5.0.3-win32
apache version 2.0.52-win32

my schedulded task was configured per the windows setup guide and looks like:

run: D:\php\php-win.exe D:\www\apache2\htdocs\cacti\poller.php
start in: D:\www\apache2\htdocs\cacti

I run this with the local administrator user and have verified the password and that the command executes every 5 minutes. (all appears to be working correctly).

I saw a topic that said I may have to grant execute rights for cmd.exe for the graphs to display correctly in 2003. I am not really sure what they were talking about but I think it was related to using 2003 with IIS.... Not really sure though. I am using apache as shown above so that may not be relevant to my issues.

Right now the cacti is configured to use cactid.exe under the poller type in the settings / poller tab.

Paths to everyting are as follows:

Nothing in the snmp walk or get paths:
RRDTool: D:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe
PHP: D:/php/php-win.exe
Cacti Log: D:\www\apache2\htdocs\cacti/log/cacti.log
Cactid: D:\cactid\cactid.exe

I am working on getting a debug log for the cacti.log file after I reboot the box. But any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Ok,

Just read another post that says cygwin is required for cactid to work properly so I'll go back to cmd.php and remove cactid to see if this works correctly under windows.

Ok,

Here is my cacti.log file. I rebooted the server and set it back to use cmd.php also removing the cactid.exe form the path section as well.

I see that it is using D\:\ww\Apache2\htdocs\cacti/rra/rcourthouse_5min_cpu_17.rrd....

Why D\: and not D:\ ?
