Unable to import templates

I just don't seem to be able to import templates, all the doco I have seend points me to the right place but when I go there my screen shots don't look like the doco's!

Can anyone points me in the right direction?

This is which version of Cacti? Is PIA installed?

PIA is installed - on the console page I get the plugin management, I have installed Monitor.

This is which OS platform, please? Did you install from tar.gz?

installed from yum

pretty much followed these instructions :

For me, it works in 087i+PIA. So it's not a general problem.
Do you find anything in cacti.log or in httpd's error.log?
