Re: setting snmp in two subnet with ipforwading
can you try running snmpwalk directly to your 7 host from CentOS. Something like
$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.180.xxx
If it works, there is no reason cacti will not work.
If it does not work then you have to investigate
1. Connectivity issue, try ping?
2. Firewall issue with your 7 host. Check firewall and SNMP Service allowed host
3. SNMP community string is case sensitive. Please be carefull

Re: setting snmp in two subnet with ipforwading
thanks GhostOrchid,
i have the same problem. my cacti pc address is 192.168.180.17 and the pc which i want to supervise 192.168.190.17 .if i put the two pc in same subnet like 192.168.180.0 the SNMP is work normaly and i can make graph.but in two subnet problem.
i think perhaps the problem come with iptable and the allowing of ipforwarding rule ?

Re: setting snmp in two subnet with ipforwading
serghino,
What do you use as the router between the 2 subnets??
Have you verify the connectivity problem? try ping dan traceroute first
If SNMP is working in the same subnet, it should work with any subnet as long as there is no connectivity issue.
I have cacti monitoring devices on 4 different subnets without problems

thanks ,i use switch to link the 2 subnets. i set up ipforwarding.
i verify the connectivity problem, via ipforwading traceroute and ping are working.
SNMP is working in the same subnet, when i set up the client under linux via ipforwading the snmp is working.but with client under windows seven the snmp is not working.
This is my problem......
