Hi,
I installed in CACTI 0.8.7.g with the plugin architecture PA-v2.8, and i installed the plugin FIX64BIT 0.3.
I used the plugin to convert a grah (RSS3 - Traffic - Gi0/2) with 32 bit counters to 64-bit counters.
At the next polling after using FIX64BIT, the datasource has been changed to In / Out Bits (64-bit Conters) in Output Type ID and the poller make a tune on the corresponding RRD file.
the data source:
The information from RR Editor - Lite: (The maximum was changed to 10 gigabytes by the tune.)
After FIX64BIT the graph has disappeared from the poller cache items:
And information has also disappeared from the table POLLER_ITEMS: (DS ID = 3079)
The RRD file has not been updated since 13:05 (next FXI64BIT After polling):
The RRD file is no longer updated since FIX64BIT.
What does it do to put the graph in the poller?

Re: Problem with plugin FIX64bit
Hi!
I apologize, but I do not understand what you mean Moving......
I am French Canadian and I have difficulty with English (I translated my text with Google)!
Can you give me more explanation?
To install FIX64BIt, I unzipped the ZIP in the catalog PLUGINS and I install FIX64BIT with the plugin architecture. In the setting, the MISC tab, I adjust the settings to FIX64BIT.
Is there anything else I should have done?
I noticed that in the database for the table plugin_fix64bit, there is no record, is this normal.
Thank you!

Re: Problem with plugin FIX64bit
I moved your topic to a forum where it fits better. You may even find the FIX64 plugin thread inside this forum and post your question to that thread to gain attention of the plugin developer "in charge"gplante wrote: I apologize, but I do not understand what you mean Moving......

Re: Problem with plugin FIX64bit
Hi!
The problem is corrected.
The problem was at the DATA Queries. In data queries: SNMP - Interface Statistics, associated Graph Template In / Out Bits (64-bit Counters), the associated Data Template was not initialized properly. Traffic_in was ifInOctets and traffic_out was ifOutOctets. So I replaced both parameters as in Figure below.
After applyed this correction, the FIX64BIT function very well.
