superlinks upgarde failed (Solved)

I was upgrade sperlinks .8 to the new version but I got this errors.

on the top of superlinks page

Undefined index: superlinks-mgmt.php: in /opt/cacti/lib/functions.php on line 1743

on cacti log file

and when I try to create new link I got this error

I have delete the old file and try clean install the problem is not gone, I have checked and the solution on related posts but didn't work any idea..??!! what's wrong with it.

Update ---- Solved!

Drop superlink Sql table and reinstall superlinks solved the problem!!
