i installed acti-0.8.7i-PIA-3.1 today.. followed the upgrade steps.
my plug in buttons show at the top.. you know, all the tabs.. they seem to work..
but when i click plugin management from the main console page, the pane where you'd see the plug ins.. is empty.
do i need to specifically download and install PIA3.1? if so, where do i get that?

2) so this is an upgraded Cacti installation to 0.8.7i? what was the previous version? Did the plugins work there?
3) Have you made sure you're using the latest version of the plugins? http://docs.cacti.net/plugins
4) You do have plugins installed in your \cacti\plugins\ folder, right?
