Template propagation action

I've been doing some early spring cleaning, here is a patch to add two neat features:

1. Enable template propagation for multiple thresholds at once.
   This can be done from the threshold list, by selecting the desired thresholds, and selecting the "Propagate template" action.
   Template propagation status is also displayed in an additional column (hover to get the template name).

2. Display the name of the template the threshold was derived from on the threshold edit page.

Thanks! I applied this to my local box to play around with it, and will commit it to SVN if everything works as planned.
