MacTrack recognizes IP but not MAC

Hello,

I installed the plugin MacTrack, created the device types, added the willing, but the MAC addresses associated with IP's appear on the tab IP ADDRESS, but do not appear on the tab MAC ADDRESS and field ACTIVE MACs. I have L2 and L3 switches from Cisco and Enterasys. I also can not add items to SNMP SET OPTION-> SNMP OPTIONS MACTRACK because the following message appears:
