All Host status showing unknown in Cacti 0.8.7i

I have installed Cacti 0.8.7i in windows xp and got website also.

after that i have added Our Routers in it but all Devices status showing unknown.

Same routers we are able to get snmp report in PRTG.

Please help me out

cacti poller task running every 5 min?
