Plugin for snmp trap receive

is there any plugin for get snmp trap rceive ?
or
is there any configurations to be done for get snmp trap receive ?

Can anyone help me to overcome this problem.

I haven't done this in a while, but generally I would use
http://snmptt.sourceforge.net/
and then have that insert into my Syslog table (and I use the syslog plugin to view them)

i have installed snmptt and syslog plugin. but i could not run the snmptt in the terminal.
it says can not find snmptt.conf file
how can i overcome this problem ?

For receiving and processing SNMP traps you can use the CAMM Cacti plugin, it works with SNMPTT or syslog data.

Sean Mancini recently did a pretty good video on integrating Cacti's Syslog plugin with SNMPtt. He's using it pretty heavily now in his office setting. Great work on his part. You can find his videos on YouTube at the Cacti Groups channel.
