Post by jlps »

Hey all,

I'm getting the following error when attempting to run cmd.php:

lorien:~# sudo -u www-data /usr/bin/php4 -d include_path=/usr/share/cacti /usr/share/cacti/cmd.php
ERROR: unsupported graphics format ''
ERROR: unsupported graphics format ''
ERROR: unsupported graphics format ''
ERROR: unsupported graphics format ''
<snip - repeated several times>

..for every one of my graphs.

I'm running:
Debian Sid (unstable)
cacti 0.6.8a-13.1
rrdtool 1.0.45-1
php 4.3.3-4
apache 1.3.29

Help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Jamie

Similar problems

Post by navitas »

I, like an idiot, didn't keep track of some database files and my disk got filled up over the weekend. Everything was working fine til then. Since, I get:

RRDTool Says:

graph: unrecognized option `--imgformat=PNG'

When I turn on graph debugging.

I also can't seem to run poller.php. I get:

cacti@scratchy:~> php poller.php
sh: line 1: -: command not found

When I do the same thing with cmd.php everything seems to work ok:

cacti@scratchy:~> php cmd.php
#!/usr/bin/php -q
01/04/2005 09:36:23 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Time: 11.7427 s, Theads: N/A, Hosts: 23

Except the RRD files aren't getting updated.

Other then the system running out of disk space, nothing changed. I rectified the space problem and even rebooted (ugh bye bye uptime).

I'm kinda confused......

Suse Linux x86 2.6.5-7.95-default
cacti-0.8.6c
PHP 4.3.4
4.0.18MySQL

Update

I figured out what my paticular problem was. When I ran out of disk space, mysql hosed it self and in paticular, the cacti db. The settings.MYI file was missing competely. That would explain some things like not being able to save the settings..... Time to start over.....
