brilliant thanks - that's imported the tables and the plugin is no longer reporting errors. I'll give a test report a try and see how she goes.

Thanks very much for all your help! Will post an update after testing.

The next release is going to add a special "SMB Edition" mode. If the active data sources on the Cacti server is below 100 then the full Corporate Edition functionality can be used.

Once it gets over this limit, the functionality is back to the Express edition:

This allows small Cacti installs to send out reports, create Weathermap reports and so on.

-
An active data source, is a datasource attached to a non-disabled host.

can you check the debug-info page and especially make sure you have all php modules installed ( the php-gd is important ). If possible, please send a screenshot of it to support@nmid-plugins.de

Yes, I did check that everything was installed, spent a few hours reading back in this thread and solved all other issues I was having...

Tried both of the pdf modules, double check config settings.....

Anyway, I am sending the screenshots so we can hopefully get to the bottom of this.

We were able to sort out the problems of RRWH. The parallelGraphRetriever script did throw an error on the 64bit RHEL/Centos linux version. Using the original perl script solved the issue.

In case you come across the same issue ( PDF Report staying blank), please check the parallelGraphRetriever script by simply running it. If it does throw an error like the below, please send an email to support@nmid-plugins.de requesting the original perl script.

Code: Select all

Panic: '/usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/CORE/libperl.so' does not export boot_DynaLoader

Hello, I've installed nmidcreatepdf plugin, but I cant seem to be able to see/create any report. I have the tab, it only allows me to create a simple report(a4, portrait), but cant add any graphs, or anything else. Could be that I missed something, this is the debug info page. I see that many license modules are disabled and I dont know if that's how its supposed to be(express version).

did you check the users realm permissions ? you should see some additional entries in the Cacti console if you have enough access rights.

Checked there, I have "View NMID settings, define pds reports, generate pdf reports, manage availability data, availability charts, manage zenoss reports", all checked. I unchecked "view NMID archive reports", but was the same with that box checked. In cacti console I have NMID with 3 tabs : Manage Reports, Backup/Restore and Debug Info.
