I try to install cacti in my department,
I need to monitor some servers..everything going well,

Now I want to set my cacti to send notification by sms
any body can help how to setting cacti send alert via sms?

You can do this via email actually, text an email address from your phone and look at the address it came from. Sending emails to that address = SMS.
