Windows installation of cacti

Hi,

I have installed cacti 0.8.7i on windows 2008 32Bit server.
currently running with IIS7.
MySQL 5.5.19-win32
net-snmp-5.6.1.1-1.x86
php-5.3.8-nts-Win32-VC9-x86
rrdtool-1.2.15-cygwin-1.5.20

I get no graph, in rra library I always get : ERROR: opening 'C:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti/rra/localhost_min_34.rrd': No such file or directory

beside that(which is the main thing) everything is working fine.

I also tried to run the command:
php c:/cacti_web_root/cacti/poller.php

but nothing happens.

i appreciate if you can help me with this

1) did you follow the installation guide in http://docs.cacti.net/ ?
2) I'd suggest upgrading to rrdtool 1.2.30 win32 build.
