I installed cacti0.8.7h on Windows server 2008 R2.
I would like to confirm that if versions of these items are feasible in cacti 0.8.7h.

IIS7
php 5.3.8
MySQL 5.5.17

Would cacti or spine work properly with these version?

Yes, they should work, assuming you follow the installation guide.

FYI, I'd hold off using cacti 0.8.7h as it has some issues. Either stick with 0.8.7g or wait until i is released.
