Help can'nt see the gigabit interface

Hi people, I alredy install cacti and after that I only see the interface of ethernet, about interface of Giga cacti only show the graphic but don't show the number of this port .

Try either increasing the width of the graph (in the template) or in Settings -> visual, increase the number of characters for the graph title. You might need to use the 'reapply suggested names' to get more characters displayed, once the adjustments above have been made.

Can you have me , when i using the http://ipaddress/cacti connect from the client to the Cacti but cannot.
