RRD file not created for new SNMP query

Hi All,

I recently registered to this forum but have been using cacti for a while. I run version 0.8.7g on RedHat. I have a task to poll traffic statistics from Alcatel Lucent 7750 routers which requires snmp queries. I have gone through the documentation and online "how-to-s" on this subject and implemented accordingly, however, my graphs would not get created. No traces found in the logs, no errors in cacti.log. The only thing I see under "Graph List" in debug mode for the device is below

ERROR: opening '/usr/local/www/cacti/rra/pegaarn01_fwdinprofoctets_7166.rrd': No such file or directory

Could anyone point to me where I am missing ?
