Realtime plugin .5 not working

Post by jjancel »

Version .8.7h PIA 3.0
I'm able to install/activate the plugin under plugin management and enabled it under User Management. I created the cache folder and set the permissions appropriately (changed owner to Apache since this is a CactiEZ install that I'm upgrading).

The window pops up, however, No graph is created, no broken image "image" and all it says is /plugins/realtime/graph_image_rt.php?graph_start=-60&graph_end=0&local_graph_id=1397&ds_step=15&count=0&timetweak=1322685144

Thanks

Check your Apache Error Log. Also, increase the memory_limit to 384M and restart Apache.

Re: Realtime plugin .5 not working - Solved

Increased my memory, and renamed my error log so I would have a fresh one to go off of. I restarted the machine just to be extra sure, and then I tried to view a realtime graph. Same problem. I looked at the log file and the only error there was could not find favicon.ico in /var/www/html. But this error is on my production box as well.

Just on a whim I tried IE instead of Chrome, and it worked. It also appears to work in Firefox. So it's apparently something specific to Chrome.

Works fine on Chrome 15.0.874.121 m, Open Chrome, Firefox 8, Safari 5.1, and IE9 just fine.

Hi Guys, I am having a problem with the realtime plugin 0.5, the installation was fine, but I am getting this error:
The Image Cache Directory is not writable. Please set permissions and then attempt to open another realtime graph.

The directory is how:

drwxrwxrwx. 2 apache apache 4096 Jan 25 17:45 realgraph

What can be?

Thanks
