Problem with NetGear semi smart switches

Post by redneckgeek »

I've got several NetGear GS series switches both 8, 16, and 24 port's. They are responding to MacTrack and it shows that it retrieved MAC's from them however I cannot seem to view them.

Site Name** Devices Total IP's User Ports User Ports Up MACS Found Device Errors
testing 1 0 16 8 612 0

The devices are setup as get_generic_doc1q_switch_ports, but I've tried a bunch of other get's with less promising results. Clicking on the "View MAC Addresses" shows "No records found". I've not yet looked at the DB to see what the records look like, but I would assume that they are there due to them showing up in the list.

Thoughts?

Turns out the Netgear GS version switches like the:

get_dell_dot1q_switch_ports

Query.
