Until the mysql tables for the plugin architecture do not exist, the plugin management will not occur within the console.
Therefore import the pa.sql file to your Cacti database:

Code: Select all

e.g:
./mysql -u|your_username| -p|your_userpassword| |name_of_cacti_database| < pa.sql
./mysql -ucacti -pcactipw cactidb < pa.sql
After that you'll be able to tick a new realm permission called "Plugin Management" for your user account, then the plugin management console will be available.

087e was release more than 2 years ago! It's quite OLD. At that time, we used PIA 2.4.

But it's still stable for basic use (and some old plugins).
We have been using 087e over 2 years since released..

PIA 2.4 can be downloaded from here: http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=36019

Yea, 087e was a good release (after 'c' and 'd' were bad). Then, 087g was a good release (after a bad 'f' release). Now, 087i will be FINAL 087 release (after a bad 'h'), and it's quite stable now too. We're starting to operate like Microsoft ;)
