This is which version of Cacti and especially PIA?
It reminds me of a bug in PIA, which always expects keys to be defined apart from a primary key. But we already soilved that in PIA, IMHO

I know this was fixed in 3.0, but I thought it was fixed before then. It might benefit you to look into updating 'lib/plugins.php', or simply turn off 'display_errors' from Apaches php.ini file.
