Time issue with cacti graph

i'm facing some problem with cacti graph. it doesn't even synchronize with my wamp server setting (php.ini date.timezone setting 2011/10/31 19:47) nor my windows clock time setting (31/10/2011 19:47).

here's my php.ini settings :
date.timezone = Asia/Jakarta

here's the graph :

can anyone help me?

Edit your two php.ini files and make sure 'date.timezone' variable is set and correct. Then restart Apache.

i am re-check my php.ini file at apache\bin and i add the line "date.timezone = Asia/Jakarta" at the timezone part.
after restarting apache, everything works fine.
