Cacti doesnt works :(

Hey Guys

i've got a damn problem. Iv'e installed Cacti with this instruction: http://www.nwlab.net/tutorials/cacti/ca ... orial.html

So iv'e installed this packages and configured it, then i started my browser an search for http://localhost/cacti

--> found! --> good good i thought but then i want install it and then i saw a problem: RRDTool wasn't installed. So i installed RRDTool ... but it have done many changes in Cacti, Apache2 and so on.

I've started Cacti and then it doesn't work


What i have done after installing RRDTool?

Or have I done anything false?

Pls Help me

(ohh I forgot to say: Linux: Ubuntu 11.10)

Well, some screen shot's would help. I generally install from 'apt-get' and then overlay. The locations are different, and you have to take your time so that you don't miss anything. Searching this site with Google will give you many tips on installing on Ubuntu/Debian. The Cacti package is maintained by the Debian team and hawked by the guys at Ubuntu.
