Add interface description in top of graph

Good day evrybody.
I have a question, i knbow it should be simple answer, but i can't find anything. So the question is next. When you see a graph in top of that usually you see interface name, just like it is, but i whant to add over there some specific infirmation. I was trying to mod. Graph template, but that changes affect to evry interface what is assigned to that template. Can you please suggest me how i can change a title for some of my interfaces. Thanks a lot.

In graph template you are using (e.g. "Interface - Traffic"),
if "Use Per-Graph Value (Ignore this Value)" checkbox for "Title" field was already enabled,
you can modify its title per graph.

Graph Management -> (choose a graph):
