Upgraded Nectar, and lost all plugins in "plugin management"

Post by tptools »

I upgraded Nectar from existing "nectar-v0.30" to nectar-v0.32, following instructions and now there is nothing showing or contained inside of "Plugin Management" ?

I have attached a screenshot showing that Plugin Management contains nothing, right after the Nectar upgrade.
Any help is greatly appreciated!! :D

Does your Cacti MySQL user have "Create Temporary Table" grants? If not, you need to add them.

and also make sure you don't have 2 nectar directories within the plugins dir now (e.g nectar-v0.32 and nectar-v0.30 ) ..

Phalek

Genius!!!!... thank you!!!!!!!!!!!...

I had as you mentioned, several "nectar directories within the plugins dir"

I removed those and SUCCESS!!.. All is good now!..

Thank you so very much, as I may never have thought of that causing the symptoms/issue I was getting.
I also wish to thank all of the other responders to my dilema!.. :D

Which indeed happens from time to time. Perhaps we should make PIA aware of that ...
