I want to mactrack an Enterasys matrix v-series Switch. I added the switch as Device Report in mactrack but the status is still set to "unknown".
Graphs works for the switch without problems.
Is there a possibility to run the mactrack on the Enterasys Switch?

You have to configure it as a device type. You should goto Device Types and perform a 'rescan'. Then configure it's scanning function.
