Spine 0.8.7h

The windows binary provided isn't updating the rrds. What am I missing? The old 0.8.7g spine is working fine though.

The Spine 0.8.7h binary is corrupted on the download site. It needs to be replaced by one of the administrators.

Here is the working version. Thanks to BSOD2600 for raising this up. You need to install base Cygwin for this to work properly.
