I am trying to change the default poll time from 300 to 60 on the default data templates. I changed on the Step value and then click the save button. My browser window goes blank and nothing happens. After waiting a while I close the browser and start a new one only to find that the canges did not take place.
Any ideas....

Re: Unable to save changes to data templates
Edit php.ini for Apache and increase the 'max_execution_time' to something like 300 and restart Apache.
