cacti on windows server 2008 & iis 7.5

i install cacti on windows server 2008 , and i want to create a ping graph from 4.2.2.4
and my local machine's (the computer that cacti is running on ) procces and inbound and outbound from my NIC (network interface card) ,
how can i create a graph from them ??
please help me
