Graphs no displayed

Post by Spencer17 »

Hello,

I have just setup a windows 2003 r2 server with Cacti running the installer. I have everything running ok apart from the graphs which display as a red x. I have checked the rights all we good, but to be on the safe side added IUSR_Servername and IWAM_Servername to Administrator group plus grant everyone full access to all folders. Still have red x.

When I click on properties of the graph the below is displayed

C:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=1315301006 \
--end=1315387406 \

--width=500 \

Any assistance would be appriciated.

Adding those IIS accounts to the admin group is not a very secure thing to do...

As for the red X, double-check the IIS user (IUSR_Servername) has read/execute permissions on rrdtool.exe.
