Cacti graph each minute in windows?

Are these the proper steps, am I missing something?

Change all graphs to stepping 60
Update poller settings in cacti to 1 minute
Update windows task schedule to call poller php every 1 minute
Clear poller cache

Ensure that the templates have 1 minute setting
Rebuild all graphs, or use rrdtool tune on them
Post complaints to the forum because 1 minute polling is horrible
Question why you needed 1 minute polling in the first place
