Help for summing of the value of data

Dear Cacti Users,

'Need your assistance on how to sum up the value of data as indicated in the attached graph.

Case 1: I need to add the value of physical mem and swap to derive my total VM (please see the graph encircled in orange colour)
Case 2: I need to add the value of Used Phys mem and Used Swap to derive my current/average/maximum values (please see the graph encircled in Red colour)

I know that this maybe trivial to some hence I seek your pardon my naiveness

Appreciate your help.

Please ignore this post, I've managed to find out ways to graph the information but not exactly what I wanted :) thanks!
